Finishing mill is situated in the industry zone of Gemerská Poloma in the district of Rožňava.
Construction started in February 2016. The works were finished as per the contractually agreed date, on December 20th 2016.
Residential complex Pri Čermáni is situated in Nitra’s part Klokočina, among streets Nedbalova, Škultétyho, Golianova and sports complex. It consists of nine separate blocks of flats, where will be located total of 200 flats and 176 parking places.
In 2016 we realized the first phase of the project, residential buildings F and G, which are located at the bottom area of sports stadium.

TOPNR s.r.o. and Chemkostav, a.s. signed contract for works of project Pri Čermáni – residential building ABC and DE. Works on construction began in September and will be finalized by the end of 2017. Project is located on Nedbalová street in Nitra, where Chemkostav a.s, is currently finishing works on residential buildings F and G.
Chemkostav, a.s. signed contract for works with Delta Construction Plus, s.r.o.. Subject of contract was project „Južné mesto – zone B1: SO03 – Residential Building A III with infrastructure and other outside objects”. Works on project will begin in November 2016 and finish in July 2018.
Chemkostav, a.s. and VSH development a.s. continue in their cooperation with realization of new construction „Rezidencia pri Radnici“. Contract for works was signed on 20th of July 2016 with works beginning on 1st of August 2016 and should be finalized by February 2018.
Closing ceremony of project SKK Ružomberok and WWTP Liptovská Teplá, Liptovské Sliače was held on 7th of July 2016 in municipality office Liptovské Sliače. Beneficiary of this projects was Vodárenská spoločnosť Ružomberok. Works were financed by Cohesion Fund EU, National Budget, allowance of Vodárenská spoločnosť Ružomberok, and Operational Programme Environment.
Event Trend Regata also this year offered opportunity for gentleman competition and relax in beautiful environment of Central Adriatic. Fleet cruise was organized by weekly magazine Trend in cooperation with company SailingParadise. Chemkostav crew could not miss the competition and was participating in BRAVO category.
Chemkostav, a.s. signed contract for works with Delta Construction Plus, s.r.o. for realization of project „Južné mesto – zone B1: SO 02 – Residential building A II with external objects and infrastructure included.”. Works will begin by the end of April 2016 and whole project should be finalized by the December of 2017.
The company Chemkostav a.s. signed a contract with municipality Višňov for local sewerage. Project will be financially supported from Environmental fund.
