Chemkostav, a.s. took over the construction site of project „Finishing mill of Talc Gemerská Poloma“ on 10th of February 2016. Works on this project should be finished by the end of 2016. Beneficiary of this construction is company EUROTALC s.r.o.
Chemkostav, a.s. signed contract for works with VSH Development, a.s., for completion of western garage in Business Center Košice on 15th of January 2016. Chemkostav will be taking over the site most probably in the last week of February.
By the end of the last year Chemkostav, a.s. brought change in design of company newspaper.
On 10th of December 2015 TOPNR s.r.o. and Chemkostavom, a.s. signed contract for works, for project Harmónia Nitra (Harmony Nitra). Works will begin on 8th of January 2016 and will finish by the end of September 2016. Whole project and all the works will take place on Nedbalová street in Nitra.
Union of companies Unistav Construction a.s., Brno and Chemkostav, a.s., Michalovce participated on closing ceremony of project ,,Čistá řeka Bečva II - A” in Valašská Polanka which took place on 26th of November 2015. The contract for works was signed on 25th of June 2013 with union of municipalities Micro region Vsetínsko. All the works were financed from subsidy of Cohesion Fund, subsidy of State environment fund and Investment loan and voluntary contributions of project participants.
On 4th of November Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce submit works of „ Trebišov – street sewerage and capacity increase of wastewater treatment “. Contract for works was signed with Východoslovenská vodárenská spoločnosť, a.s. Košice, on 24th of march 2014. All works were financed by Cohesion Fund EU, National Budget, allowance of VVS a.s., and Operational Programme Environment priority ax 1 – Integrated protection and rational use of water.
Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce participated on closing ceremony of project „Košice – reconstruction of weir Vyšné Opátske“. The contract for works with Slovak water management Company (Slovenským vodohospodárskym podnikom), s.e. Banská Štiavnica was signed on 22nd of April 2015. Works were financed by Cohesion Fund EU, Operational Programme Environment, Priority ax 2 Flood protection from larger part of 80,25% and 14,75% from national budget, the remaining 5% were own resources of Slovak water management Company.
Chemkostav, a.s. began realization of works on project Južné mesto – zone B1 – residential building in Bratislava. Works on project are ongoing since september and the final date of realization is set for april 2017. Beneficiary of works is Delta Construction, s.r.o.
On 03 of september 2015 Chemkostav, a.s. took over the site “Nemocnica novej generácie Michalovce” (Hospital of new generation Michalovce). After long time Chemkostav managed to start work at the city where company is based. Investor of the project is Svet zdravia, a.s.
At the end of september 2014 Chemkostav, a.s. began realization of partial works on project Aparment house, Majakovského street, Bratislava. After the successful realization of our company managed to such projects contracted resolved the main work. Contract for work was signed on 25.06.2015 in Michalovce.Customer of this works is Delta Construction s.r.o.
