At the end of April 2022, we took over the construction site: AGEL Hospital Košice - Šaca - Creation of the operating part of the cardio center on the 2nd floor of the "B" block, which was first preceded by demolition work. The contract for the work was signed with the AGEL Hospital Košice - Šaca on March 14, 2022.
We have signed a Contract for Work with Terra Trnavia 5, s.r.o. for the subject of the contract Residential complex Nová Trnava - building SO106. We took over the construction site in 01/2021 and the work is to be handed over in April 2024.

On February 11, 2022, Michalovce participated in the ceremonial opening of the Emergency Income as part of the project "Increasing Productivity and Efficiency of the Poprad Hospital, a.s. through reconstruction and extension. ". A work contract was signed with the Poprad Hospital, a.s. on 27.08.2019. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
On December 15, 2021, we took over the construction site in Liptovský Mikuláš for the implementation of the work "Reducing energy intensity in the premises of the Academy of the Armed Forces gen. M. R. Štefánik - part 5 - unit E (SO24, SO25, SO26) ". The date of taking over the construction site is also the date of the beginning of construction works, which should be handed over in December 2022.
We signed a contract for work with the A. Warhol Polytechnic Secondary Vocational School in Medzilaborce. We attended the opening ceremony on October 20, 2021. The project is to be submitted by 03/2023.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce signed a Contract for Work with the City of Ružomberok for the construction of the Multifunctional Apartment Building Plavisko - Stage 1. We start carrying out the work in October 2021 and plan to complete it at the end of October 2022.
Chemkostav, a.s. Today, as a contractor, Michalovce ceremoniously signed a contract for the construction of the "ŽSR, Trebišov Integrated Passenger Transport Terminal". This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund Operational Program Integrated Infrastructure (OPII 2014 - 2020), Priority Axis no. 3 - Public passenger transport. The construction of the terminal is planned for 24 months (9/2021 - 8/2023). The project is ordered by the Railways of the Slovak Republic and its total costs amount to EUR 10,492,091.57 excluding VAT.
On 24.06.2021 we signed a contract for work with the company Rezidencia centrum, s.r.o. for the project Residence Baštová II on Baštová street in Košice. The takeover of the site is expected after the completion of the archaeological survey. The whole project is to be implemented in 18 months from the start of work.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce today took part in the ceremonial handing over of the work "Modernization of the infrastructure for streamlining the provision of acute health care in the Zvolen Hospital, a.s.". A contract for work was signed with the Hospital Agel Zvolen a.s. on 21.08.2019. The construction started on 20.09.2019 and ended on 30.05.2021. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
On April 29, 2021, we signed a Contract for work with the company Terra Trnavia 5, s.r.o. for the subject of the contract Residential complex Nová Trnava. We took over the construction site in 04/2021 and the work is to be handed over within 24 months.
