The company Chemkostav a.s., Michalovce was a contractor of construction Internal medicine mono block, which was built in the grounds of Faculty Hospital of J. A. Reiman Prešov.

Beneficiary of works is Košický samosprávny kraj and on the basis of a contract for the implementation the agreed price is 2 937 834.14 € including VAT. Commencement of the project implementation is set for April 2013 and is scheduled for completion no later than 18 months.
Company Chemkostav a.s. Michalovce will implement the construction of project "Čaklov - increase the capacity of wastewater treatment plants." Object of the contract will be financed from the structural funds, funds of the state budget and own resources of the contracting authority, which is the village Čaklov.

Chemkostav Company, a. s. Michalovce signed on September 25th, 2012 Contract of Work to implement New construction of a residential building with multifunction Grosslingova street, no. 50 in Bratislava. The company also took over the Site on the same day, on which the building should grow to October 2nd, 2013. Investor of that project is company Cresling s.r.o.

Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce started on August 31st, 2012 the major construction works on the building of the object TESCO Ivanka pri Dunaji. It is a construction of a rectangular plan supermarket in the village center with 59 parking spaces. The subject of the Work was also the demolition of the existing building on the site. Completion of construction is scheduled to November 11th, 2012.
