Chemkostav a.s. and Delta Construction, s.r.o. signed contract for work on 1st of June 2015. Subject of this contract was realization of Multifunctional building on Veterná street in Bratislava.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce signed contract for work with Auto Gabriel, s.r.o. for second phase of works on Car Center VW – North, Weltauto. New building will be background area for sale and repurchase of used cars. Weltauto will be part of planned VW Car Center – North. Completion of works is planned on December 15th 2015.
Last week Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce participated on ceremonial take over " Košice – reconstruction of weir Vyšné Opátske". Contract for work was signed on 22nd of April 2015, with Slovenský vodohospodársky podnik (Slovak water management company), Banská Štiavnica. All works will be cofinanced by Cohesion Fund EU and State budget, Operational Programme Environment, Priority ax 2 Flood protection.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce participated on formal building acceptation of Student House Petra Pazmáňa on Rybníkova street in Trnava, on 1st April 2015.
Association of companies COMBIN – Chemkostav – Hydroekol – Váhostav began works on project “Sewerage and wastewater treatment in Turčianske Teplice and in region Horný Turiec”. Investor of this project is Turčianska vodárenská spoločnosť.

In the middle of December 2014 Chemkostav, a.s. began with works on project Pearl of Ružinov – Second Phase. Beneficiary of this project is company Eiffage Construction Slovenská republika, s.r.o
In the middle of november 2014, Chemkostav a.s. took over building site of OC Galéria Lučenec. Investor of the project is company Galéria LC, s.r.o. The completion date of works is expected at the end of april 2015.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce attended the closing ceremony of project „Reconstruction and modernization of ZpS and DSS Trebišov“. Work on the project took place in specialized facility for seniors - ZpS and social service center – DSS – LUMEN, Jilemnického 170/1, Trebišov.
Organizer of this prestigious national competition of constructions realized in Slovakia is from 1995 Association for the Development of Slovak Architecture and Construction – ABF Slovakia. The competition is announced for all the construction works – buildings, civil engineering (new buildings, reconstructions, restorations) regardless of nationality of personal entity or country registration of legal entity.
