Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce implements its first project in Macedonia "Construction and reconstruction of buildings in the prison complex - the detention center IDRIZOVO (area Gazi Baba, Skopje)". On September 16th, 2013 the opening ceremony of the project was held, with the participation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, p. Nikola Gruevski, Minister of Justice, p. Blerim Bexheti and Director of the Directorate for execution of sanctions, p. Lidia Gavrilovska.
Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce is carrying out the project under a Contract for Works, dated on July 30th, 2013, titled "Multipurpose building PANORAMA CITY, Bratislava - Stage I". The Beneficiary is a company Panorama byty, s.r.o. Construction completion date is set to January 20th, 2015.
The European Business Awards (www.businessawardseurope.com) announced that the company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce represents Slovak Republic in the struggle for this prestigious award as a national finalist in 2012/13. Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce has been, after fulfillment of hard criteria, selected from a number of companies as one of 5 national finalists and will, at next round, fight to win Ruban d’Honneur status. Final results will be announced in April 2014.
Company Chemkostav, a.s. and UNISTAV a.s. in the Association for Clean Bečva will jointly implement the project "Clean River Bečva II-A" in the Czech Republic. The contract for the implementation of this construction was signed on June 25th, 2013.
Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce will participate in the project "Reconstruction of DSS Kalinov". Works are ordered by Prešov Region (Prešovský samosprávny kraj).
The subject of the works is 6 buildings. Specifically, the main building, a therapeutic facility with economic backgrounds, protected housing facility, rainwater drainage, sewage treatment plants and landscaping and fencing.
The crew of Chemkostav, a.s., Michalovce participated also in this year's exciting sports and social event TREND Regatta 2013 in the period from June 4th to June 8th. It was a gentleman´s challenge on the sea, which also accommodated the requirements based on comfort and efficient use of time. Regatta is for business people but also to all sailors who can find a pleasure in this sport, time for fair play and personal relaxation.
Concerns about the crisis at the beginning of 2012, led to extreme caution in estimating developments in the construction sector for the next few months. They are now known economic results of this period and they speak a clear language. Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce is fortunately ranked for those companies that can be satisfied with year 2012. Of course it was not just about happiness, everyone who contributed to it deserves respect and gratitude.
Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce has signed the Contract of Work with the company Delta Construction, s.r.o., on May 29th, 2013, to implement the project "South City - primary infrastructure - water supply systems" in Bratislava. According to the schedule, all work must be completed by October 23rd, 2013.
Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce implements the construction named Technical Infrastructure for IBV „Červený Breh“ - I. Stage. It is a territory, which is located in the northwestern part of Košice in connection to Hrbova Street. The whole area has sloping mountain character and this is an unused garden behind the object of nursing home. All parcels are defined as low-floor area of residential buildings and gardening sites.
Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce began on May 22nd, 2013 to implement the construction of shopping center in Bardejov.
The construction site is located in the northeast part of the city of Bardejov, on the area of the former bus service center SAD. This is the area between the streets Duklianska, Ľudovíta Štúra and Tehelná, which is a triangular shape and is slightly sloping with a slope to south direction.
