Object SO 02- Residential villas North are part of residential complex South City. With the object of SO 01 Plate house and SO 03 Residential villas South are composed to form a closed condominium with the park, which opens to the south towards the floodplain forest. In this way is the internal residential environments protected from the negative effects of future construction on the north and east and from a busy road in the west as well. In the spaces between objects a leisure area is located with parks, sports and playground for children.
The basic unit of urban is a vertical partition of residential buildings. Garages are semi-recessed for maximum of 50 cars. The rentable commercial spaces are located on the first NP, which together with a storage space serves as a complementary function to housing.
