Basic information
The complex CASSOVAR is situated on the border of historical centre of the city, under a terrain break, separating the Old and New City. It is not exposed to any limits of city historical reservation and it is still a part of its build-up area, thanks to its exceptionality.
The uniqueness is borrowed to it by Chapel of St. Florián, the impressive 60 meters high chimney, the charming façade of historic building dating into 1903, as well as extensive underground arch areas - the remainders of history from teh only one Košice brewery. These artifacts blend perfectly together with modern, compact architecture of new construction with clear lines and sensitive integration into the area
