Signing the contract for the project "South City"

On 29.06.2011 we signed a contract with Cresco Group, a.s.. to implement the South City residential complex that is one of the largest projects in Slovakia by its area.

On the territory of nearly 5 ha, 70 houses will be built in a row houses divided into blocks of 2, 4 and 6 buildings and 192 one to five rooms apartments in low-floor residential buildings.
