Company Chemkostav, a. s., Michalovce began in November with the construction of the "Tesco Express in Michalovce." The construction building is situated on Spitalska Street in direct link to the central city zone of Michalovce.
The purpose of the proposed building is to create by complete renovation, a new space for "Food Stores" facility, in which the range of groceries and complementary non-food range will be sold. Shop with facilities is designed on the ground floor on the space, which originally served as a selling point, and the premises of Company Slovak Telekom, a.s. Partial reconstruction passes the basement where will be the boiler - room. Project completion date is set for January 21st, 2013.
