Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce is implementing a project Removal of disrepair on the road II/535 Mlynky. Building contract was signed on September 26th, 2012 and the construction completion date is within 7 months from that date. Investor of the project is Management of roads of Košice Region (Správa ciest Košického samosprávneho kraja) and the price for the execution of work is 539 948.65€ excluding VAT.
Road II/535 is in the administrative area Mlynky damaged in several places by shoulders and slope road verges body landslides. It is a section 550 meters long. The road runs along the railway line. It is constantly undermined by rains, heavy truck shocks cause asphalt crumbling and falling apart at oblique slope. Given the state of disrepair it is necessary to urgently implement the protection from landslip and reconstruction of road body. Total reconstruction of the section is necessary because of the danger of carriageway.
