We signed a contract with spol. TOPELITY, s.r.o. for the realization of the Fejova Apartment Building in Košice. The construction site was taken over in September 2023, the work is to be completed in December 2024.
The apartment building is a reconstruction and rebuilding of the former building of the Lesoprojekt administration. The building is attached to a skeleton apartment building on Mlynárská street and wedged between the courtyard tract of the original historical building on Štúrová street and a panel apartment building on Fejová street. It will be a small apartment house with commercial premises.
