Construction object is situated in the 1st underground floor under the urban surface. The parking signifies the object of infrastructure, serving for securing the static traffic for complex “Kulturpark”. There are 115 parking spaces designed in the object, of which 4 are designed for people with disabilities. This is about the collective garages with area of nearly 3800 m2 with a controlled entrance and exit. Part of the building is a dual-purpose building, in addition to provide over the parking functions, also the role of civil protection shelter with capacity for 500 people. The movement of people across this complex is secured by two communication kernels with a staircase and elevator. Communication kernels are accompanied by hygienic background facilities, maintenance and technical support facilities.
