Basic information

The construction area is located in cadastral area “Bratislava – Petržalka” south from Panónska cesta and north from new residential zone C1. Subject of planning permission includes six residential buildings (SO 01 – SO – 06). Buildings create semi-open block with inner park. The urban solution will protect residence from negative impacts of future constructions in the area of busy road “Panónska cesta” on the north.
