Pri Čermáni – residential building FG

Basic information

Residential complex Pri Čermáni is situated in Nitra’s part Klokočina, among streets Nedbalova, Škultétyho, Golianova and sports complex. It consists of nine separate blocks of flats, where will be located total of 200 flats and 176 parking places.

Chemkostav, a.s. realized in the 2016 the first phase of the project. Company constructed the residential buildings F and G, which are located at the bottom area of sports stadium.

Residential buildings F and G both have six floors and are interconnected via basement. Basement is used for apartment owner’s parking places. Also, cellars are located here. Construction created altogether 60 flats, one- to four- room, and 6 apartments.
