Finishing mill is situated in the industry zone of Gemerská Poloma about 4 km north from town residential area. Plant is situated next to current mining operation of talc. Locality already contains basic technical infrastructure necessary for realization of construction.

Construction will contain of six halls, on which Chemkostav a.s. will participate by construction of groundwork, concrete works, electrical installation, HVAC, central heating, gasification, low-voltage distribution and also realization of object 22 (training building). Realization of halls will be implemented by beneficiary.
