Basic information
The object shall be used as large-scale storehouse of grocery and non-grocery goods for the network of retail shops LIDL on the territory of the Slovak Republic. The built area of the central storehouse, administration building, waste management, fire fighting tank SHZ is 30 005m2 and built-around area is 368 630 m3.
The storehouse itself is divided into operational parts, shelf storehouse, bulk storehouse, fruit and vegetable cooling storehouse, cooled goods storehouse, freezing box, non-grocery goods storehouse, waste management, completion of technical background, room for parking and charging of high-lift and low-lift vehicles. The storehouse is one-floor building with inserted technical mezzanine and sanitary facility inbuilts.
The main bearing system of storehouse hall is assembled reinforced concrete skeleton in combination with bearing steel roof structure. The basic bearing elements are reinforced concrete pillars, trussed tie-beams, steel bearers, and side reinforced concrete rungs. The circuit casing of storehouse is up to altitude +5 made of sandwich panels and over altitude +5 made of wall casing of RANNILA system. The roof structure consists of trapese sheet, thermal isolation, and hydro-isolation. 157 opening skylights are fitted in the roof casing.
The basic infrastructure, central heating, gasification, air-conditioning, stabile fire extinguisher, EZS,EPS are furnished in the object. Upon the building permission from water supply management the following objects were implemented within the construction: sewage and drainage in the value of SKK 8, 902,367.00 VAT excl.
