The area is located in an urban environment consisting Námestie Osloboditeľov (Liberty Square) and adjacent part of Štefánikova Street.
The work consists of the reconstruction of local roads, parking lots, sidewalks, along with their drainage, construction of bike paths, green revitalization, reconstruction and completion of street lighting and construction of a new fountain. The new fountain is designed so that the water surface has not been formed, but in order to adequately humidify air. These at is so called paving fountain, which is divided into three parts. 47 pieces of nozzles have the statistical nature; this means that the nozzles are still spraying up to about 2000 mm high.
The second part consists of 14 pieces of nozzles that are dynamic and their heights of spraying vary according to a preset program.
The third part consists of 6 pieces jumping jets, which are placed against each other and produce the semi- arc over the path under which it can be walked on.
