Basic information
This is a multifunctional house constisting of a double floor object of garage boxes and mezzanine apartments.
Transept construction system has been used in the 1st and 2nd floor above the ground and the transept wall construction system in the 3rd and 4th floor. The planar foundations have bases and reinforcements. The horizontal structures are made of ferroconcrete. The roof structure consists of a wooden framework and insulated roof cover. The apartments are accesible from the joint gallery. The access to garage boxes is provided through the sloping platforms.
Build-up area is 1 295,2 m2.
