Basic information
The content of design documentation is extension of Therapy House OZONE. The original six story additional building with basement is part of the complex objects of Bardejov Spa. Disabled access to the new facility is from the ground floor hall through the main entrance of the original object.
Extension of first over ground floor consists of the following disposition parts - register, locker rooms, restrooms, indoor pool - swimming, sitting, children, resting zone, bar, sauna and massage department. At additional underground floor, machinery spaces with air-conditioning technical equipment for pool are located. Both floors are interconnected with the original staircase, which directly bind to an additional part of the building.
The total built-up area of the proposed extension is 1 056 m2. Building space of extension is 7 907 m3.
