Basic information
The existing accommodation facility for seniors consists of two pavilions. Part A is a 9 storey and part B is 7 storey object. The benefits of the project are in the assessment of the existing facility for the elderly. Each building objects were conceptually designed so that its surface area standards and the level of technical equipment meet current requirements of Beneficiary and generally binding regulations and standards.
A project completion brought the complex, which should meet the current world standard in providing services to seniors, as well as keeping a high level of workplace for employees, both in terms of technological facilities and the organization.
