Basic information
The object of the construction is to build a new building facility in the area of economic university, thereby achieving the capacity increase and modernization of school facilities.
The purpose of the object is an extension of existing premises of economic university and construction of assembly hall with a capacity of 320 seats. Two other smaller Assembly Hall on the second floor of the premises will be build. In the area of the underground floors are proposed underground car parks with a capacity of 54 parking spaces + 2 disabled parking spaces.
UNDERGROUND FLOOR
In the area of the underground floors are proposed underground car parks with a capacity of 54 parking spaces + 2 disabled parking spaces. Entrance to underground parking is proposed on the south side of the communication under construction. Transfer of people from the parking facility is proposed by elevator for disabled and stairs.
1. ABOVE GROUND FLOOR
In 1.AGF are designed classrooms, social areas, including toilets for disabled, buffet, staircase to 2. floor. Entrance to the building is proposed on the east side toward to the Tajovského street and western side, toward Moyzesova street. For the lighting of the classrooms will be implemented in object of the atrium. In the western part of the areal above the underground parking area will be built a courtyard with pedestrian paths and green areas.
2. ABOVE GROUND FLOOR
In 2. AGF is designed assembly hall with a capacity of 320 seats and two smaller Assembly Halls, one classroom, toilets including toilets for disabled. The proposed facility is at the level of 2. above ground floor connected to the existing objects of economic university at Tajovského street by galleries.
