Rezidencia pri radnici (Residence at City Hall) , Košice
Chemkostav, a.s. and VSH development a.s. continue in their cooperation with realization of new construction „Rezidencia pri Radnici“. Contract for works was signed on 20th of July 2016 with works beginning on 1st of August 2016 and should be finalized by February 2018.
Projects is located right at the north edge of historical center of Košice – Old Town. Entrance to the residential complex will be from Strojárska street. Main benefits of the project are modern and timeless architecture with reasonable dispositions of flats, green atrium and of course location. Complex will have two underground floors and eight overhead floors.
