Matter of the contract are several separate units, which together form and complete the architectural and technical concept as solutions of communication and rest in the village Zemplínska Teplica, with the intention on the Gypsy community with access to their living unit.
The part of the project is a total reconstruction of local roads in the village as well as there construction of existing sidewalks and construction of a new one in the village. At the municipal park landscaping works will be carried out, after which the playing area for children will accrue, as well as a network of sidewalks, paved areas and roads. This locality will also be accompanied by a small architecture in the form of benches, trash cans, pergolas, water well and greenery.The part of Park will also be a public lighting that fits the overall concept of the technical and architectural solution of the territory.
The village ZemplínskaTeplica is located in the district Trebišov. The first written reference to the village dates from year 1263, when it´s mentioned in the deeds under the name Cristúr. The village is called ZemplínskaTeplica since 1955 and its name was determined by a thermal spring, which is located on its territory. According to the latest census, 1 550 people live in the village.
