Project „Čistá řeka Bečva“ successfully finished

Union of companies Unistav Construction a.s., Brno and Chemkostav, a.s., Michalovce participated on closing ceremony of project ,,Čistá řeka Bečva II - A” in Valašská Polanka which took place on 26th of November 2015. The contract for works was signed on 25th of June 2013 with union of municipalities Micro region Vsetínsko. All the works were financed from subsidy of Cohesion Fund, subsidy of State environment fund and Investment loan and voluntary contributions of project participants.

Project „Čistá řeka Bečva II“ is formed by group of partial projects in the field of sewerage and wastewater treatment by 18 towns and municipalities of Mirco Region Vsetínsko divided into three parts:
- Part A: Vsetín, Lhota u Vsetína, Liptál, Ústí, Leskovec, Valašská Polanka, Lužná.
- Part B: Francova Lhota, Střelná, Valašská Senice, Lačnov, Hovězí, Huslenky, Velké Karlovice.
- Part C: Valašské Meziříčí, Krhová, Poličná, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.

Project Čistá řeka Bečva II is extension of project Čistá řeka Bečva I and solves the construction as complex of water infrastructure for disposal of wastewater in river basin of Vsetín and Rožňovská Bečva. Project put priority on agglomeration with more than 2000 citizens. Technical solution of project is based on basic ecological objective, which was improvement of water quality in watercourses. Because of that improvement, environment in river basin of Vsetín and Rožňovská Bečva had beneficial effect on water quality in middle and bottom of river Bečva and Morava. Within the project Čistá řeka Bečva II two mechanical-biological wastewater treatment are intensified and in total 176,83 km of new sewer was built.

Part A of project Čistá řeka Bečva II includes area Vsetín, which collects sewer and wastewater treatment of 6 new locations - Lhota u Vsetína, Liptál, Ústí, Valašská Polanka, Leskovec and Lužná. Directly in Vsetín collecting sewer was extended to parts Hrbová, Jasenka, Vesnik, Dluhé, Za Díly, Malý Skalník, Semetín and Rokytnice. Part of construction in Part A was collecting sewers in total length of 72 km including objects like pumping station, route of constructions crossing with watercourse infrastructure, railways etc, following relocation of infrastructures and also improvement of river beds and banks of watercourses.
