Pearl of Ružinov
In the middle of December 2014 Chemkostav, a.s. began with works on project Pearl of Ružinov – Second Phase. Beneficiary of this project is company Eiffage Construction Slovenská republika, s.r.o.
Successful finish of first phase brought experienced developer to the launch of second phase. Pearl of Ružinov is prestigious multifunctional complex of European standard, intended for housing and business. This new building is situated on lucrative place in wider center of Bratislava, just 5 minutes away from center by car, in the middle of attractive city district Ružinov and old-romantic Prievoz.
