Completed construction of residential buildings Pri Čermáni F and G
Residential complex Pri Čermáni is situated in Nitra’s part Klokočina, among streets Nedbalova, Škultétyho, Golianova and sports complex. It consists of nine separate blocks of flats, where will be located total of 200 flats and 176 parking places.
In 2016 we realized the first phase of the project, residential buildings F and G, which are located at the bottom area of sports stadium. Works on both residential buildings were completed without any delay, on October 1st 2016. End of acceptance procedure and work handover to investor, company TOPNR, s.r.o., took place on October 18th 2016.
Residential buildings F and G both have six floors and are interconnected via basement. Basement is used for apartment owner’s parking places. Also, cellars are located here. Construction created altogether 60 flats, one- to four- room, and 6 apartments.
Buildings support system is reinforced concrete skeleton combined with local reinforcement walls. Stairs are single-armed from monolithic reinforced concrete, also elevator shafts are from reinforced concrete. Buildings are covered with flat roof. Construction realized as well public sewer extension, connection to water and sewage connection lines, built communications, hard surfaces and outdoor lightning.
