Company Chemkostav, a.s. Michalovce on June 12th, 2012 took over the Site of residential housing project “Šafranová záhrada” (Saffron garden) in Kosice. This happened after the date of May 31st, 2012 of signing the contract for so called initial work with the developer of the project by Company SAFRAN Slovakia, a.s.
The matter of that contract is to buildthe Site facilities, their operation, maintenance and disposal. In connection with the implemented work and supply, the implementation of all the required, necessary or agreed test, review, attestations and certifications are necessary to be done, also the execution of geodetic works.
Residential housing project “Šafranová záhrada” is placed in a historical park of captain Jaroš former barracks in the center of Kosice. The project name “Šafránová záhrada” is based on contemporary name of this locality, since until 1895 it contained the vast meadows with the same name, which has been gradually built up. Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce has received from Investor the offer acceptance letter for the construction of the whole Work. The signing of a contract for Work takes place immediately after elaboration of implementation project documentation.
