Bussines center Galéria Lučenec
In the middle of november 2014, Chemkostav a.s. took over building site of OC Galéria Lučenec. Investor of the project is company Galéria LC, s.r.o. The completion date of works is expected at the end of april 2015.
Intention of investor is to build modern project, which can with its size and perfect location aspire to become place for everyday or occasional shopping, also it should be alternative to spend leaisure time. At the same time its opportunity for local market to attract some new companies and brands that have potential to expand.
Galéria Lučenec is conceived as lower longitudinal building, divided into 3 main parts with significant entrances into the building located in the direction of main pedestrian routes – from west, north and south. Colorful and material solution is visually dividing object into three main parts. Central part is colored into the red, from east and west side there are connected lower white and more significant blue part of the building.
Chemkostav a.s. implements monolithic concrete structure where interesting part is overstrain reinforcement. Further involvement is concerning grounding and bentonite insulation.
Whole concept of mass, material and color solution has goal to create elegant modern building for public, reviving the city center.
