Addendum to the contract South City
Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce signed on April 19th, 2012 an addition to the construction project in South city in Bratislava. Investor of that project is Company CRESCO POPPER INVESTMENT, and the Work shall be completed on April 30th, 2013.
The matter of contract is the construction of two Northern villa homes with good amenities and friendly social environment. The building will be founded on piles from a reinforced concrete support structure added by the masonry. It will include two entrances and two elevators.
Residential buildings will consist of a combined one underground floor and one storey, which will have entrance and parking function. This will include a mass garage for up to 50 cars as well as commercial and technical areas.
Above it, the four floors above ground will be located, which are intended only for living. On the typical floor of both blocks, 10 residential units are designed, in the mix of four studios (one room), four-one bedroom (two rooms) and two- two bedroom (three rooms) apartments. On the subsidence top floor occur for each entrance three two bedroom (three rooms) apartments. Total capacity of 2 Northern villa homes will be 66 flats with a planned number of 123 people.
Company Chemkostav, a. s. Michalovce, at residential complex South City, already implements a construction of Western residential building as well as two Southern villa homes. Complex grows along existing road Bratislava - Rusovce in yet vacant Petržalka.
The territory of nearly 5 ha area 70 houses in a row house will be built divided into blocks of 2, 4 and 6 buildings and 192 one-to five-room apartments in low-rise residential buildings. Part of the complex is also a space created for recreational zone with a small pond and a playground for children, which enhances the comfort of home.
