The implemented construction is used as large-area shopping centre of hypermaket type
with universal workload including sale of grocery and selected non-grocery goods.
As far as area solution of the object, it is designed as simple large-space shopping complex with clearly differentiated movement of customers at the selling area and goods in the background. The hypermarket building is one-floor hall with several naves and inbult 2nd over-ground floor in the technical block. The object is structurally designed as reinforced-concrete prefabricated framework structure cased by coated trapeze sheets with vertical structure different in colours. The object is founded on stilts and bricked structures on reinforced-concrete monolithic belts. Walls are made of plaster boards, in technical block they are bricked. The interior walls are coloured as per the kinds of goods. The architectonic supplement is entrances roofed with marchionesses or supply yards and glassed wall of entrance with automated sliding doors. As per TESCO standards, the basic colours of the exterior are white, blue, and red. The roof structure is formed by pre-stressed reinforced-concrete tie-beams and shaped coated sheets. The lighting of the selling area is through spot skylights. The object is connected to newly built engineering networks. Paths for pedestrians, approach roads and parking lots in front of the main entrances used by the hypermarket customers are part of the hypermarket. Supply has separate entry and exit directly to supply yard. The connection to the state road I/50 is solved by a light crossing. The final stage of the construction was large garden adjustments of the reinforced surfaces and roads. |
