Basic information:

These buildings has the floor area of 2720 m2 which serves as sales premises of the supermarket network oriented on sale of glocery and drug products, as well as domestic appliances.
These objects have been projected as a two floor buildings with the second floor beeing smaller than the ground floor area.
The object consists of two parts:

  • the sales premises themselves with the entrance area
  • supporting facilities of the supermarket warehousing of goods

Basic construction elements are monolithic base with prefabricated chalices and chalice chutes placed on gravel pillows. The vertical construction of the facing leaf in the one floor part of the object have been made of two-layer insulated panels and in the two floor part of the object of ferroconcrete panels.
The ceiling constructions of the one-floor part includes metal sheets and the two-floor partsemi-prefabricate transparent panels. The flat part of the roof construction is covered by a PVC foil and plastic covered metal sheets, which are anchored in the roof construction. The floor has been made of wire-concrete and covered with ceramic tiles.
Internal plastering is made of lime and cement, external parts are covered with dyes which allow penetration of steam. The opening have aluminium construction with interrupted thermal bridge. The office inside the sales premises has been made of aluminium profiles insulated with Nobasil and a double glass insulation. The whole supermarket had to be connected to newly build civic works. The surrounding area is covered with asphalt and concrete and provides aproximately 150 parking places.
