Subject territory has the character of rugged mountainous extra region. Land, on which a technological object is placed, is located on the free of forested part of hill Mošník in Slanské hills. The building consists of a base, which has two storeys and of the tower with a square floor plan that is finished by a steel stand with technology dome for radar equipment provided with a protective coating. Tower, including the dome is 46.86 meters high. The building has a main entrance on the east side of the lower structure, from which the room on the first over ground floor for secondary technology and staircase in the tower section are made available, allowing access to the premises of the second over ground floor with the location of the primary technological equipment. On this floor is designed an opening for possible access of large equipment technology. Since this is a free of service building, the opening in the outer wall is minimized for a safety reason.
The resulting work will be a free of service building, serving the purpose of Air Traffic Services of the Slovak Republic, S.E. Bratislava, for the ensuring the operation of air navigation services in the east of Slovakia. There will be installed only facilities (radar) in the building, serving to ensure these services.
