Project is implemented on a territory, which is located in the northwestern part of Košice in connection to Hrbova Street. The whole area has sloping mountain character and this is an unused garden behind the object of nursing home. All parcels are defined as low-floor area of residential buildings and gardening sites.
Construction covers a wide street space, where the necessary utilities will be placed. It will be a new water supply, gas, sewerage and storm water wastewater, LV and HV cabling with transformer station and the outdoor lighting. In terms of the transport connection, it is a connection of a new access road to the existing local road on Hrbova Street, respectively its extension at the necessary scope for future construction of houses.
Construction of that new local road, including sidewalks, creates the conditions for the safe and convenient movement of traffic and pedestrians in this area. The dominant element of the route will be retaining walls and Cut slopes, which will be corrected and grassed as soon as possible, to avoid impending erosion.
