Residential complex is located in cadastral area Bratislava – Petržalka. Complex is situated on south from Panónska road and north from newly built zone C1. The building is a continuation of construction project „Južné mesto – zone B1“. Together with 2 more following residential buildings (BI and BII) will form the second line of residential buildings zone from the side of Panónska road.
The residential building BII will consist of 2 blocks with 1 underground and 8 above ground floors, out of which the top 2 floors are receding.
