Basic information
Objects in question are part of the accommodation complex for students of the University town of L'. Štúr - Mlyny UK , Staré Grunty in Bratislava. Accommodation complex of dormitories for married is by a functional point of view divided into several parts:
- 9 storey accommodation sections labeled as blocks A, B, C, D and E, F, G, H
- Physical Training part (two operationally linked gyms)
- Food section
- Entrance and communication part
All parts on the ground floor are linked by atrium grouping, communication passageways.
Subject to execution of works under a Contract of Works is the repair and modernization of blocks A, B, C, D, their communication connecting corridors and outside areas. The purpose of the reconstruction is to improve accommodation service, improve property protection, upgrading technology and utilities in connection with the operation of the facilities.
