Basic information
The subject of the works is 6 buildings. Specifically, the main building, a therapeutic facility with economic backgrounds, protected housing facility, rainwater drainage, sewage treatment plants and landscaping and fencing.
In the main building with three floors, new accommodation units, room and restrooms will be created. The second ground floor object superstructure of brick masonry and wooden roof with roofing will be implemented. There will be the original wooden windows and doors exchange for plastic and the whole object will be insulated. Also, there will be, for clients DSS Kalinov, disabled access to the building ensured, via a ramp. The protected housing facility will extend by using structural modifications of habitability of the attic, to which will help new reinforced concrete staircase. The building will be insulated in the final stage.
The courtyard of DSS Kalinov will be bedded with paving stones, the asphalt roofing will be supplemented and fencing will be dealt with shuttering blocks. For the purposes of WTS the small building will be implemented for the location of the control unit. The subject of building modifications will also be the connection of sanitary sewer facilities, storm sewer separation and horizontal drains in the courtyard will be restored. Part of the building will also be 22 m3 fire tank.
