PANORAMA CITY project is unique by the fact that it will include two highest residential building in Slovakia. Both towers will be the same and their unchangeable characteristic feature will be the triangular shape and height of 108 meters.
PANORAMA CITY will be multipurpose building with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. In the whole complex will be formed almost 950 parking spaces, a number of commercial services and 606 apartments on 33 floors. The part of area is a park that will serve as a relaxing zone.
As from a construction aspect two high-rise buildings will be built of reinforced concrete material. The total number of used iron will be 6,500 tons and 45 000 m3 of concrete. The towers will be based on almost 500 piles that sometimes extend to a depth of 24 meters. They will be twin buildings with a footprint of an equilateral triangle.
