Basic information
Intention addresses the redevelopment of existing building of ŠKODA concern passenger cars shop, which is located in the existing complex of investor along with an AUDI vehicle shop and two other operational facilities. Premise for building modifications of an existing object is to create a separate space for the transmission of new vehicles and extension of background of service reception staff in the form of extensions to the existing building.
Subject of implementation is also the expansion of retail space by adjusting the inclination of the frontal facade. Enlargement of the background is planed by implementation of the extension at the backside of the object. In parallel with the adjustment of the object itself it is considered the exchange of advertising pylon of concern and fitting the signs in exterior in terms of the concern recommendations - guidance information system. During the construction works will be the operation of vehicle sale of ŠKODA concern transferred to neighboring building.
