The architectural expression of the building is subject to TESCO standard, taking into account the characteristics of the territory on which the building was carried out. The purpose is to create conditions for the operation of large-scale shopping center of hypermarket type, which will have universal refill comprising mainly selling food and selected non-food products.
Ground floor hall building with a flat roof is a rectangular shape, with extensions of handling space on the ramp. Structure consists of precast reinforced concrete frame, based on the footings. The facade is designed as a lightweight from C- cassettes, thermal insulation, waterproofing and facade cassettes of the aluminum composite material.
