Basic information
The aim of this construction is to build a new fully equipped department store of "Hypermarket" type, which will serve not only to all residents and visitors of Spišská Nová Ves, but also the entire region.
Object hypermarket is essentially designed as a single-storey with small two-storey new construction in the rear, in which are rest rooms on the ground floor and some technical areas are located on second over ground floor.
In the department store a self-service sales of food products will be implemented in a wide range and sale of selected ranges of non-food and industrial household goods with direct removal of shopping cart with goods to the newly built car parking, which is a part of the construction design. In the shopping arcade will be other small retails.
