Addressed location is on the edge of the village built-up area, in land registry of Farná, near the main access road from the direction of Bratislava - Senec. The main road transport routes create the two - lane communication on Vajnorska Street - route of 3rd Class, to which the several local roads are connected. Vajnorská Street serves as the main entrance to the village and is connected to the main thrust Senecká route, between Bratislava and Senec.
Supermarket building will be a one storey, with no basement, with a total sales area of 800 m2. Supporting structure will be from the assembled reinforced concrete skeleton based on spire piles. Covering will be done in the new design, where the dominant part of the object as the entrance and billboards will be lined with wood paneling.
As the part of supermarket the construction of a car park is planned with a total number of 58 parking spaces.
