Basic information

The architectonic appearance of the object is subordinated to the TESCO standard, taking into consideration the specific feature of the territory, on which the building is standing.

The purpose of the object is to create the conditions for the operation of a large-scale shopping centre of the hypermarket type. It universally comprises the sale of prevailingly grocery commodities and specialised non-grocery commodities. The object of the hypermarket is designed as a simple large-scale shopping complex with a clearly differentiated movement of customers and the flow of goods. Its overall concept of disposition departs from the functional division of the object into the shopping area, entrance part, background, and goods storehouses.

The ground-floor hall-type object is of rectangular plan, the outer dimensions being 75.77m x 66.77m, height 6.3 m. The load-bearing structure of the object consists of the ferro-concrete ore-fabricated skeleton situated on two hood foundations. Internal walls between the shopping area and the storehouse are designed as plaster-carton with steel pillars and beams for anchoring the shelves.
