Basic information

The building has been built as a housing and operational facility for the needs of the Order of St. Basil the Great in Prešov. It is a three floor building consisting of two tracts with a partial basement and is connected with a single tract to the staircase.

The buildings has been built of classic construction materials. The base constructions are made of Portland slag cement concrete and so are the external walls of the basement. The insulation of the lower structure is made of "Vandex" material. Vertical construction walls are made of TZD Beta 380 and 440 bricks, the lift shafts from CDm bricks and the traverses are made of solid baked bricks.

The ceiling structures are monilithic made of ferroconcrete and so are the staircases. The roof structure is made of copper sheets and steel trusses in the connecting tract as a collar roof. The jacket is made of copper sheet.

The building has been connected to the civic networks. Inside the building the electric installation, central heating, basic technical infrastructure and air conditioning have been installed, which included oil substances and lacquer separator and the water treatment plant operating on the basis of the biological cleaning.
